Sales Representative (Showroom)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, assisting them throughout their shopping journey, sharing product features and benefits, explaining services to build trust and loyalty, resolving customer queries pre and post sale, ensuring on-time product delivery, receiving feedback from customers, and managing inventory. Additionally, you will be expected to perform daily quick counts, receive bulk shipments, conduct physical counts, daily replenishment, handle bad inventory/damaged products, ensure proper handover and receiving of products, and report any inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager. You will also be involved in store operations work by following VM guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, updating SOP files daily, and reconciling daily cash and card sales.
