Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Prestige Xclusive store team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring excellent after-sales support for our premium range of kitchen appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain features, benefits, and usage of Prestige products such as pressure cookers, gas stoves, induction cooktops, mixer grinders, chimneys, etc.
• Demonstrate appliances and help customers make purchase decisions based on their needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the store manager.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and product packaging.
• Collect customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Keep up-to-date with new product launches and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with service technicians for installations or product servicing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in retail showroom or kitchen appliances sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first approach with a pleasing personality.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (including weekends and holidays)
