Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales prospects and leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company's products or services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring transparency and accuracy in communication with clients.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to discuss terms of sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to meet client needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
