Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will find and create new business opportunities, clearly explain our products and services, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and connect with new clients through cold calls, networking, emails, and other methods.
• Explain and show how our products and services can help clients in a simple and helpful way.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients so they come back and refer others.
• Understand what clients need and suggest the best solutions for their business.
• Negotiate with clients, close deals, and meet or beat your sales targets.
• Keep clear and up-to-date records of your sales activities, leads, and client talks using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about what’s new in the industry, new technologies, and what competitors are doing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Good experience in selling products/services, explaining them to clients, and finding new leads.
• Motivated to reach your targets and always have a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work well alone and also as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
