Role & responsibilities 1. Dealer & Client Visits Regularly visit wallpaper dealers, interior designers, architects, and retail shops Build and maintain strong professional relationships Explain product features, materials, and pricing clearly 2. Sales & Business Development Identify and approach new dealers or clients in untapped areas Promote latest catalogs, media samples, and customized wallpaper offerings Close sales orders and meet monthly targets 3. Product Promotion & Demonstration Present sample kits, catalogs, and real-time printed samples Educate clients about media types (e.g., vinyl, fabric, blinds), eco-friendly inks, and special finishes like gold/silver foiling 4. Coordination with Internal Team Work closely with design and production teams to ensure correct execution of orders Provide timely feedback and requirements from clients 5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Follow up with existing clients for repeat business Handle basic after-sales service and complaints (if any) professionally Collect testimonials and feedback 6. Market Intelligence Observe competitor pricing, new trends, and market demands Share insights regularly with management 7. Reporting & Communication Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status Use WhatsApp Business and Excel to share updates and follow-ups Attend weekly review meetings 8. Logistics & Support Assist in delivery coordination when needed Ensure the client receives correct and on-time products
