As a Marketing Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in our growing team in the renewable energy sector. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a passion for sales and marketing, will be instrumental in driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, and digital platforms. - Meet potential customers, explain solar products and services, and convert inquiries into sales. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. - Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site visits and project follow-ups. - Maintain daily records of client interactions, visits, and marketing activities. - Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and exhibitions. Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred). - Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. - Good understanding of customer behavior and local market trends. - Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Open to travel extensively for business and field activities. - Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
