Sales Representative

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and present the full range of Mahindra vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and following up on inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Mahindra models, features, specifications, pricing, and promotions. Stay informed about competitors' vehicles and the latest market trends.
• Documentation and Administration: Accurately complete all sales-related paperwork, including sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation.
• Customer Service & Follow-up: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for future business.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the sales manager, finance team, and service department to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably with a Mahindra dealership, is highly desirable. Freshers with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales Acumen: A target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Education: A minimum of a 12th pass certificate or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Other: A valid driver's license and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software) are essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
