Job Description

As an Arthroscopy Sales Representative, your role will involve promoting and selling arthroscopy products to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the assigned territory, supporting surgical procedures in the operating room, and conducting product demonstrations and in-servicing for customers and healthcare professionals. Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital staff, and procurement departments will be crucial, along with maintaining detailed records of sales activities and market intelligence using CRM tools. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to medical sales will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell arthroscopy products to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers. - Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. - Support surgical procedures in the operating room, providing technical expertise and guidance to surgeons and medical staff. - Conduct product demonstrations and in-servicing for customers and healthcare professionals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, and procurement departments. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback using CRM tools. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to medical sales. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedic or arthroscopy products. - Strong understanding of arthroscopic procedures and operating room protocols. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently. Preferred: - Prior experience working with orthopedic surgeons and hospital decision-makers. - Familiarity with leading arthroscopy product lines and brands. In terms of compensation, you can expect a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives and benefits. You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in this full-time position. Please note that the work location is in person, and the schedule is a morning shift.,
