Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves field work, engaging directly with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable digital marketing solutions. You’ll play a key role in lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify and pursue potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
• Client Meetings & Field Work:

Meet clients in person to understand their business, pitch services, and build lasting relationships.

• Sales Presentations:

Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations about our services including branding, social media, websites, and performance ads.Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining follow-ups, resolving issues, and encouraging repeat business.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client details, and pipeline status using CRM tools.Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and competitor offerings to strategically position our services.Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently on field with a self-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, websites, ads) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi-NCR for client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
