Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing personalized shopping experiences.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and brand offerings.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom, ensuring displays are well-kept and reflect the brand image.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury products and customer preferences.
Assist in the coordination of events and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or premium segment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent presentation.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations.
Basic computer skills for using POS systems and managing inventory.
Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods is a plus.

Preferred

Experience in high-end retail or luxury showroom environments.
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages like Telugu are a plus).
