Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Panipat for a Sales Representative specializing in the domestic carpet market. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for market research to identify trends, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the home textiles industry, market trends, and customer preferences
• Ability to conduct market research and prepare detailed sales reports
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and challenges proactively
• Willingness to travel within the domestic market as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the textiles or home furnishings industry is an advantage
