Sales Representative

We’re Capture Art — a creative audio agency that helps brands sound better. From voice overs and localisation to full-blown audio production, we work with ad agencies, production houses, and media companies to make stories sound amazing.

Now we’re on the lookout for a smart, proactive Sales cum Business Executive who can help us grow our client base and make more noise (the good kind ).

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, or any smart channel that works.
• Pitch our services confidently and creatively — no boring corporate talk.
• Build long-term relationships with ad agencies, production houses, and media brands.
• Use AI tools to make your job faster, smarter, and more fun.
• Keep track of leads and data using industry-standard platforms (CRM tools, lead gen platforms, etc.).
• Occasionally step out for team meets, client visits, or studio hangouts. (Don’t worry, not every day!)

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re based in Mumbai or Thane — that’s non-negotiable.
• You’ve got 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (bonus points if it’s in media, ad, or production).
• You know how to talk, listen, and close deals.
• You’re comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
• You love trying out new AI tools to simplify your work.
• You’re independent, organized, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

Bonus Points If…

• You’ve got contacts in the advertising or media industry.
• You understand how the voice over or audio production world works.
• You can think creatively and pitch ideas with flair.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
