Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. This role requires a blend of inside and field sales skills, as you will be expected to build strong relationships with business clients through a combination of proactive calling and direct on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential business clients through a mix of outbound calls and on-site engagement to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Present, promote, and sell our B2B product effectively to prospective customers, adapting the approach for both phone conversations and in-person meetings.
  • Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with qualified leads to provide product demonstrations and build rapport.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key business decision-makers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and sales.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in a direct sales role.
  • Experience or a strong understanding of the B2B sales process is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence and professionalism both on the phone and in-person.
  • Self-motivated, with a target-driven mindset and the ability to manage time effectively between calling and field visits.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Noida and travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred:

  • Direct experience in a role combining inside sales (calling) and field sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
