Besto Agritech is a fresh produce retailer committed to delivering high-quality vegetables directly to B2C & B2B customers. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our mobile sales team. We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to manage the direct sale and distribution of vegetables to B2B customers like supermarkets/hypermarkets/departmental stores etc.

Job Overview:

* Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills

* Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail outlets/ supermarkets / hypermarkets / departmental stores in the assigned territory.

* Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.

* Conduct product demonstrations and provide post-sale support.

* Provide market feedback to management on customer demands.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment

Who can apply?

* Currently working as Sales representative or Line marketing executive for any company for FMCG under food, beverages, non food categories or FnV

* have minimum 1-3year experience in FnV / FMCG Sales & Marketing

* are available (on-location) at COIMBATORE, Tamil Nadu

* have graduated in any degree.

* 2 Wheeler Must

* be Flexible with timing and workload

* Passion for Agriculture and Farmers

Job Details:

*Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000 per month linked to Experience & Target achievement

*Incentives & Bonus: Rs.5000 per month linked to performance

*Petrol & Food reimbursement linked to requirement

*Full Time Job

*Starting Date: July 2025

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
