Job Title: CNC & VMC Operator / Setter Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresher can apply) Location: KOVILPALAYAM, COIMBATORE Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a CNC & VMC Operator / Setter with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC and VMC machines , ensuring quality production, and maintaining machine efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation & Setup: Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements. Set up machines, load raw materials, and calibrate tools. Understand and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job sheets . Adjust machine settings and parameters for accurate machining. Quality Control & Inspection: Perform first-piece inspection and check product dimensions. Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges . Ensure products meet quality and tolerance standards . Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning . Identify and report machine malfunctions or tool wear . Work with maintenance teams for machine servicing and repairs. Safety & Documentation: Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace. Maintain daily production logs and reports . Adhere to ISO and company quality standards . Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, CNC, or relevant field . Basic understanding of CNC and VMC machine operations . Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints . Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control methods . Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
