Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for incoming leads. You’ll handle calls and inquiries, qualify interested customers, and coordinate with the right department heads for a seamless buying experience.

Your job is not just to close a sale, but to ensure that the right people are being guided to the right department — while working alongside a growing team of marketers and creatives.

You’ll Work Closely With:

• A Digital Marketing Specialist, to provide feedback on lead quality and follow-up needs
• A Social Media Content Creator, to understand promotions and messaging that drive inquiries
• Department Heads, who handle post-sale fulfillment and customer service

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Respond to inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from potential customers
• Handle direct messages (DMs), comments, and social media inquiries — especially those related to sales or product questions
• Ask key questions to qualify leads and assess their needs
• Guide prospects toward the right product, service, or department
• Coordinate with the content creator and marketing specialist to stay aligned on promotions
• Enter customer details into the lead system for future marketing or follow-up
• Pass along confirmed sales and key info to relevant department heads

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented — can track leads and pass information accurately
• A customer-first mindset and a natural problem solver
• Basic familiarity with CRMs or lead tracking systems (or willingness to learn)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
