Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of products, including payroll solutions, biometric attendance systems, CCTV cameras, and other security and automation products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for payroll and security system solutions.

• Pitch products, give demos, and explain features and benefits.

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.

• Collaborate with technical teams for product customization and support.

• Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Create marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Tech background preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing of tech products or B2B solutions.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic technical understanding of attendance systems, CCTV, and payroll software is a plus.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
