Business Development Executive – HVAC / Engineering Services

Location: Kurla (West), Mumbai
Experience: Fresher to 6 years
Education: Graduate (Engineering background preferred)

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive and Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, client relationships, and technology-driven solutions. If you have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the desire to grow in the HVAC / Instrumentation / Engineering Sales domain, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and client visits.
  • Work on sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures.
  • Visit clients to present products and services, negotiate, and finalize orders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and track progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate from any stream.
  • Candidates with education in Industrial Electronics, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation are preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Confident, motivated, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

CTC UPTO 3600,000+performance based incentives
