The Personal Loans team at Navi helps customers access quick, paperless, and fully digital personal loans - in a simple, fast, and transparent way.

The Sales Relationship team focuses on helping customers complete their disbursal journey through assistance and guided support.

About the Role

Sales Relationship Manager - Personal Loans (Cash Loans)

Step into the front line of Navis digital lending experience

You'll be the voice that turns a customers loan approval into a successful disbursal - by helping them navigate their next steps confidently, clearly, and quickly. Your day will involve connecting with customers, understanding their needs and wants, answering their queries, explaining the process in simple terms, pitching Navis offerings, and ensuring they complete the disbursal journey smoothly. Youll build trust with every interaction, balance speed with care, and represent Navis promise of ethical, transparent, and customer-first finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert approved customers into disbursals through call assistance - guiding them through the digital steps on the app, understanding their needs and pitching them Navis offering accordingly
  • Respond quickly to call-back requests and ensure all leads are handled within defined SLAs
  • Log, update, and follow up with customers in the CRM until the journey is completed or closed
  • Explain product terms and digital steps in simple, clear language - ensuring 100% customer understanding
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech or Customer Support teams to resolve blockers and improve the customer experience
  • Surface insights and feedback on why customers delay or drop off during the disbursal process
  • Deliver against goals for conversion, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction - while maintaining ethical and compliant conduct.

Must Haves

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in inbound telesales, or customer success, or any direct customer facing role; preferably in tech or financial services
  • Language Skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Fluency in at least one or more in the below Indian languages:
  1. Hindi
  2. Tamil
  3. Kannada
  4. Telugu
  5. Malayalam
  6. Marathi
  7. Bengali
  • Influencing Ability: Proven success in converting warm inbound leads through trust-led conversations
  • Communication: Strong phone etiquette, empathetic listening, and clear articulation
  • Tech Readiness: Working knowledge of CRM tools, dialers, and app-based journeys
  • Customer-First Mindset: Ethical, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver a high-quality experience end-to-end
  • Core Traits: Demonstrated perseverance, politeness, and integrity even under pressure
  • Financial literacy & basic math: Ability to understand financial products, fees and charges in depth to answer basic customer doubts and queries
  • Learnability: Ability to grasp unknown concepts quickly.
