We're hiring an experienced Sales & Operations Executive to handle stock, packaging, dispatch, and office coordination for Dusala India. The role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and familiar with textile or fashion operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality check of shawls, stoles & garments before dispatch.
Manage packaging, labeling, and courier coordination.
Maintain inventory & order sheets, update dispatch and payment trackers.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and clients for smooth operations.
Handle office management and daily reporting to the founder.

Requirements
23 years of experience in textile/apparel operations.
Strong coordination, Excel & follow-up skills.
Knowledge of fabric finishing and packaging standards.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup.

Salary: ?20000 ?25000/month (based on experience)
Type: Full-time | 6 days/week
