Skilled in vendor management, cost negotiation, material planning, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials for infrastructure and construction projects. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, accounts, and project execution teams to streamline procurement and reduce material costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and finalize reliable vendors/suppliers for Electrical and Civil construction materials such as cables, transformers, switches, cement, steel, aggregates, etc.
• Minumam EXP- 1-5years
• Obtain competitive quotations, evaluate technical and commercial aspects, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in coordination with project requirements and company procurement policies.
• Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply at project sites while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and ensure materials meet project standards and compliance.
• Maintain updated records of materials procurement, supplier contracts, and cost analysis reports.
• Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery timelines, and service levels.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during material procurement and delivery.
• Coordinate with the finance team for timely processing of invoices and payment to suppliers.
