Sales Promoter

Role Summary: We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and confident promoters to engage women in the local area for our Weekend Workshop. The role involves handing out flyers, ensuring QR scans to our WhatsApp chatbot, and confirming workshop bookings on the spot. This is a high-energy, mobile role — promoters will be moving across multiple locations and interacting with potential participants. Key Responsibilities:Hand out flyers to target women in high-footfall areas and ensure active engagement. Encourage women to scan the QR code to access our gamified WhatsApp chatbot. Guide them through the booking process on WhatsApp and confirm their spot in the workshop. Track scans and confirmed bookings for performance monitoring. Represent the premium, boutique brand image at all times. Motivate women to bring friends or share on social media for social validation. Report live updates to team lead / studio regarding leads and bookings. Requirements / Skills: Communication Skills: Friendly, persuasive, confident, able to deliver the workshop pitch in 15–20 seconds. Comfortable with Technology: Able to assist women scanning QR codes and using WhatsApp chatbot. High Energy & Stamina: Walking and engaging continuously for 4 hours. Observational Skills: Ability to spot potential high-engagement participants (leisurely walkers, shopping women, groups). Team Player: Work smoothly with 2 other promoters to cover multiple locations efficiently. Prior Experience: Sales, promotional, or customer engagement experience is a plus. Appearance / Dress Code: Branded T-shirt or polo shirt with studio logo. Comfortable, neat, and premium casual look. Hair/neat grooming maintained, approachable demeanor.
