🔥 Your Mission To deliver a seamless, premium experience to every walk-in client by managing on-ground consultations, operations, and billing at ReVibe. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Client Reception & First Impression Greet clients warmly upon arrival. Ensure the space is clean, calm, and welcoming. Explain the flow of consultation in simple terms. Vitals & Pre-Consult Prep Measure and record weight, height, BP, and random sugar. Maintain basic hygiene and professional protocol during check-ups. Flow Management Guide clients to Doctor and then to ReVibe Mentor/Counsellor. Ensure clients are not kept waiting unnecessarily. Maintain a relaxed yet efficient atmosphere. Billing & Slot Booking Handle consultation and 90-Day Challenge payments (via UPI, cash, or card). Issue receipts and track them. Book future appointments and update registers/CRM. Facility & Inventory Management Coordinate with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) Maintain availability of consumables (gloves, sugar strips, etc.) Daily Reporting Submit a daily summary of walk-ins, consultations, conversions, and payments. Whatsapp & Call Followups Call inbound leads and share trials & offers Ensure conversion using direct Sales techniques ✅ Must-Have Skills Good spoken English , Kannada & Hindi Experience in wellness centres, clinics, or salons preferred Basic computer and mobile handling (for UPI, CRM, and reporting) Friendly, mature demeanor with natural client-handling ability Direct Sales capabilities Very disciplined and a team player 💡 You’ll Shine If You... 🔥 Your Mission To convert qualified leads into paid consultations and Wellness Program clients using empathy, clarity, and high-touch follow-up. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead Handling & Follow-Up Call and nurture leads passed by the marketing team. Share details of paid consultations (online/offline), address initial objections. Follow up consistently to ensure consultation payment is completed. Scheduling & Coordination Book appointments with ReVibe Doctor or Mentor as needed. Confirm client availability and slot preferences. Ensure Zoom links / studio visit reminders are sent. Support Consult Flow If online: Ensure no tech glitches before Zoom consult. If offline: Coordinate with Centre Manager for visit prep. Pitching the Wellness Programs Post-consultation, reinforce the value of the 90-day program. Post-consultation, reinforce the value of the 90-day program. Clarify pricing, benefits, support available. Guide them to complete billing (via UPI or at centre). CRM & Documentation Maintain call logs, status updates, and follow-ups in CRM / lead tracker. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality. Must-Have Skill Strong spoken English & Kannada/Hindi Empathetic communication & objection handling High ownership & follow-up discipline Prior telesales or wellness/lifestyle product sales experience preferred 💡 You’ll Shine If You...
