Key Responsibilities: Outlet Coverage: Visit 34 retail outlets per day as per the route plan. Stock Replenishment: Ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves; coordinate with store staff for timely stock replacement. Merchandising: Maintain high visibility of products through proper shelf display, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and in-store branding. Planogram Adherence: Ensure product placement follows brand guidelines and planograms. Retail Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff. Reporting: Share daily visit reports, stock status, and visibility updates with the supervisor. Market Feedback: Collect customer and retailer feedback on products and share insights with the sales/marketing team. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent (Graduate preferred) Prior experience in sales promotion or merchandising is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of stock management Eye for detail in product display Familiarity with FMCG or retail industry practices
