Job Title: Premium Mobile Sales Promoter Locations: • Ananthapur • Kothagudem • Ongole • Hyderabad (Macherial) • Hanumanpeta • Miryalguda Department: Sales / Retail Experience: Minimum 1 year of mobile sales experience (mandatory) Salary: CTC up to ₹29,000 (average CTC across hires should not exceed ₹26,000) ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Premium Mobile Sales Promoters to join our team at multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively. This role focuses on selling premium mobile phones, accessories, and providing an exceptional customer experience. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell premium mobile phones and accessories. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Demonstrate product features and provide guidance to customers. • Maintain attractive and organized product displays. • Upsell and cross-sell mobile accessories, warranty plans, and add-ons. • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management. • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year experience in mobile sales (mandatory). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused with persuasive selling skills. • Knowledge of premium mobile brands (Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, etc.). • High school or college diploma preferred. • Experience in retail or electronics sales is an advantage. • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. ⸻ Salary Guidelines: • Maximum CTC per candidate: ₹29,000 • Average CTC across all hires: ≤ ₹26,000 • Salary allocation should ensure average CTC does not exceed ₹26,000.
