Sales promoter (Part Time Job)

A Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting a company’s products directly to customers, increasing product visibility, generating interest, and boosting sales. They act as the face of the brand at shops, events, exhibitions, or retail outlets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Product Promotion

• Demonstrate and explain products to customers.
• Highlight product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Encourage customers to try or purchase the product.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Assist the sales team in increasing product sales at the retail outlet.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when possible.

3. Customer Interaction

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner.
• Answer customer queries about the product.
• Handle basic complaints or redirect customers to the right person.

4. Product Display & Merchandising

• Arrange and maintain product displays attractively.
• Ensure product shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly labeled.
• Monitor product expiry dates and report near-expiry stock.

5. Brand Awareness

• Maintain a positive image of the company and represent the brand professionally.
• Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials if assigned.

6. Feedback Collection

• Collect customer feedback on products.
• Report customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to the manager.

7. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales manager and provide updates on product performance.
• Inform management about stock levels, customer demand, and challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
