Role Overview

Key Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and revenue growth for solar module business in the defined territory.
  • Manage and expand relationships with top EPC companies, developers, PSUs, and distributors.
  • Develop strategic account plans and ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements with key customers.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, build business pipelines, and drive conversions.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor intelligence.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, MBA, or related field.
  • Minimum 812 years of experience

    in sales/business development, with at least

    45 years in solar modules or renewable energy

    .
  • Strong network with senior decision-makers in EPCs, developers, and government bodies.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
