RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers questions about specific products/servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingCross-sell productsEnsure racks are fully stockedManage returns of merchandiseInform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to the Store ManagerStay up-to-date with new products/servicesREQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSProven work experience of 2-3 years as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of the retail sales processFamiliarity with consumer behavior principlesKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresBasic math skillsTrack record of achieving sales quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsBBA or MBA in Marketing or Graduate degree in any stream .
