This role is for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys helping people, and carries natural leadership and convincing power in their personality. --- 🛡 Key Responsibilities Handle walk-ins, enquiries, trials, and conversions Convert leads into clients (priority) Maintain follow-ups, lead management sheets, and client records Create a warm, premium experience for every visitor Coordinate with the team (instructors + management) Oversee daily studio readiness and hygiene Assist with events, promotions, and community-building activities Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability
