Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring that the sales goals and targets are met. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals. Process orders and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
