Job Profile: Salesperson & Telecaller
Location: Indian Export and Import Company (IEIC), Police Bazar, Shillong
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
Qualification: 12th Pass

Job Overview:

The Indian Export and Import Company (IEIC) is hiring a Salesperson to assist customers at our store and perform telecalling tasks as needed. You’ll engage with walk-in customers, promote products, and handle phone inquiries to support the business. The role requires fluency in English and Hindi (Khasi is preferred but not mandatory), with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Store Sales:
• Greet customers, provide product info, promote current offers, process sales, and maintain store organization.
• Telecalling:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer queries, and promote products over the phone.

• Customer Service:

Provide excellent in-person and phone service, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with sales team members and participate in training sessions.Qualifications & Skills:

• Teamwork
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi (Khasi preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge to handle sales records.
