Sales Partner - General Trade & Modern Trade

As a Sales Manager, your role involves appointing up to 2 to 3 distributors in your territory or zone. These distributors will report exclusively to you, and you will be responsible for managing and driving their success. In General Trade (GT), your focus will be on local mom-and-pop shops, wholesalers, and smaller retail outlets. You will need to establish strong relationships and a supply chain that supports frequent, smaller orders. In Modern Trade (MT), you will be required to build partnerships with large retail chains like Dmart, Jiomart, and others. Your tasks will include negotiating shelf space, promotions, and loyalty programs to ensure visibility and sales in these outlets.
