Job Description

Role & responsibilities

For Ayodhya location:

1. Managing Distributor and Dealers and conducting business activities under them. 2. Creating awareness of paints and waterproofing products based on innovative and patented technology. 3. Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states. 4. Addressing dealers/distributors queries about product/price and availability. 5. Conducting applicator, Painter / Dealer Training Program, formal & small group with set guidelines. 6. Collecting leads from retailers and visit to expected sites for demonstration and business generation. 7. Merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc. 8. Preparing of Dealer & Painter, applicator / Mason Data Bank with classification and update to HO / Supervisor with desired frequency. 9. Visit to Architects & Interiors decorators and developers for increasing awareness of paints and waterproofing products. 10. Responsible for new product placement in the assigned territory. 11. On time reporting as per the company norms. To submit mobile based daily reporting and other weekly / monthly reports.

For Varanasi and Azamgarh location:

1. Lead and manage a defined territory to drive adoption of a new generation of paints and waterproofing and manage its P&L 2. Design and roll-out sales and marketing plans in the assigned geography 3. Build rapport and generate business with key influencers/stakeholders, viz: contractors, builders, key accounts/ institutions, interior designers, architects, repair & restoration consultants, etc. and provide them with technical know-how 4. Develop and manage a network of Channel Partners to generate project leads and drive conversion 5. Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states. 6. Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization. Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure

Preferred candidate profile

For Ayodhya loaction:

  • Candidates having prior experience in sales of Paints, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Products and Building Materials. • Bring in more innovative ideas to achieve sales targets & creating awareness through Sales Promotional Activities. • Customer focused and willing to go extra mile. • Willingness to travel within the region is a must.

For Varanasi and Azamgarh location:

1. 2-7 years of experience in the project sales industry, preferably from paints. 2. Well versed in technical and commercial aspects of project sales in the paint business and must have experience in selling conceptual products 3. Fluent in English and local language as well as excellent articulation
