About the Role


Remote | 10–12 hrs/week | 2-Month Founder's Office Role


It’s a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how real B2B client acquisition systems work directly under the founder of a SaaS growth agency, helping startups across the globe build predictable lead-gen engines.


If you’re curious about sales, communication, and how founders actually bring in clients, this is your starting point.

What You’ll Do

  • Research SaaS companies hiring for marketing or growth roles
  • Identify decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth) on LinkedIn
  • Use tools like

    Apollo.io

    to find and verify emails
  • Draft short, personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn + email)
  • Log and track outreach activity daily
  • Test new tools and note what improves response rates
