Sales Or Business Development Executive\Manager

You should be a graduate with 1-7 years of experience in Marketing & Sales or Business Development, preferably in the interior field. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads independently and convert them into sales, focusing on major builders and real estate companies for collaborations on interior product sales across their projects. You should be able to work autonomously to achieve company targets and possess strong negotiation, marketing, and sales strategy skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations such as preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, presentations, and Excel is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing and a background in real estate would be advantageous.
