Job Description

As a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst in the global Sales Operations team at FIS, your role will involve supporting the Sales Compensation function. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering sales incentive plans, including monthly and quarterly commission calculations. - Ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation data in alignment with plan rules and policies. - Maintaining and updating compensation systems and tools with relevant sales and performance data. You will also be responsible for validating and reconciling sales performance data from CRM and other systems to ensure compensation accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and communicating compensation plans and policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and data privacy regulations. Your role will involve serving as a point of contact for sales teams regarding compensation inquiries and issue resolution, collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes, and providing training and guidance to sales teams on compensation tools and plan understanding. **Qualifications:** **Required** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or financial analysis. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred** - Experience with sales compensation platforms such as Xactly or Varicent. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics. - Understanding of incentive plan design and governance.
