Role Overview: As the Operations Manager at Devastram, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the e-commerce brand's operations. Your primary focus will be on order dispatch, inventory management, website product uploads, and customer logistics coordination. Ensuring smooth operations, reducing Return to Origin (RTO) rates, and converting leads into customers will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Order Dispatch: - Supervise the order dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues, communicating with customers when necessary. - Inventory Management: - Regularly update and maintain inventory records. - Optimize stock levels to meet demand without overstocking or stockouts. - Product Uploads: - Oversee the upload of new products on the website with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. - Collaborate with the content team to ensure attractive and informative product listings. - Customer & Client Communication: - Call prospective clients to understand their needs and convert leads into customers. - Handle RTO cases by resolving issues and coordinating with logistics for redelivery. - RTO Reduction: - Analyze RTO data to identify patterns and implement strategies for reducing returns. - Work closely with logistics partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries. - Process Optimization: - Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards. Qualifications: - Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in inventory management software and e-commerce platforms. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-focused with effective handling of client queries and complaints.
