Job Description

As a Sales Operations and Enablement Specialist at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in providing full support to the sales teams to help them achieve overall sales goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering data and conducting analysis of company sales and profitability. - Developing methods for measuring company sales performance. - Examining sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction. - Facilitating sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments. - Supporting sales teams by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications and platforms. - Implementing sales forecasting by analyzing past data and trends to forecast future sales. - Training new and current employees on sales and marketing collateral, product sets, sales processes, systems, and tools. - Assisting with the establishment of sales fulfilment processes and making recommendations for sales operations enhancement. - Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and ensuring distribution to relevant internal stakeholders. - Assisting the Sales team and management with pipeline management, including pipeline integrity, competitive data, and ROI data. - Onboarding new sales team members on all toolsets and processes. - Identifying opportunities for sales process improvement and working closely with sales management to prioritize areas for enhancement. - Monitoring and maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. In terms of knowledge and attributes, you are expected to have: - Seasoned understanding of IT operations and service offerings. - Demonstrable knowledge of the IT industry environment and business needs. - Business and commercial acumen. - Collaboration skills for building relationships internally and externally. - Knowledge of the client environment and relevant sales environments. - Ability to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Understanding of solution selling concepts and sales process design. - Problem analysis and solution formulation skills. - Learning and service orientation. - Knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies. Academic Qualifications and Certifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as SPIN and Solution Selling are desirable. Your experience should include: - Seasoned experience with Salesforce. - Experience with quote tools is an advantage. - Sales or sales operations and enablement experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably a global technology organization. - Experience in building sales metrics and models.
