Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst in the Sales Operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales organization by providing insights, developing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient sales processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** - Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights and reports for sales leadership. - Create and maintain dashboards tracking key sales metrics like pipeline status, win/loss rates, and sales performance. - Identify trends, forecast sales, and highlight areas for improvement. - **Sales Process Optimization:** - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to streamline sales processes and remove bottlenecks. - Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure data integrity in CRM or sales systems. - Develop and enforce best practices for sales processes including lead management, deal closure, and customer follow-up. - **Systems & Tools Management:** - Manage and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance team productivity. - Provide training and support to the sales team on tools and processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sales systems. - **Performance Monitoring & Insights:** - Analyze sales performance against quotas and targets, providing insights to sales leadership on team performance. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual sales reps and the overall sales team. - **Collaboration & Communication:** - Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives. - Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely. - Support the sales team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed. - Facilitate alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the IT industry. - **Skills:** - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. - **Personal Attributes:** - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. - Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to continuously improve processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Please note that this role requires working from 6 PM to 3 AM IST, aligning with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.,
