In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing contract lifecycle processes and supporting deal reviews to ensure timely and accurate finalization of contracts, thereby facilitating the sales team in closing deals efficiently. Your role will involve handling the contract approval workflow, reviewing and editing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for enhancing business processes, proposing process improvements, and coordinating across various teams to ensure timely contract approvals. The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in Software or FinTech companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce being a plus, is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, Management, or related fields is preferred. Experience in the FinTech industry, working with CRM systems, and sales compensation management functions would be advantageous.
