Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Nasdaq Technology in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing contract lifecycle processes and supporting deal reviews to facilitate efficient deal closures. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling the contract approval workflow, ensuring agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner, in line with the company's standards. - Reviewing and editing sales contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders to capture essential inputs and approvals. - Ensuring all contracts use the latest approved templates and product catalog for consistency and accuracy. - Providing regular updates and reporting on contract and deal review requests to internal teams and stakeholders. - Supporting the enhancement of business processes, systems, and quality checkpoints to enable fast, consistent, and accurate sales execution. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing actionable recommendations. - Coordinating across Sales, Tooling, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure timely contract approvals. - Conducting data quality checks in Salesforce to maintain operational accuracy and integrity. Qualifications expected from you include: - 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in Software/FinTech companies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce being preferred. - Strong organizational, time management, and social skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive learner, tech-savvy, and entrepreneurial thinker. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, Management, or related fields. It would be advantageous if you have: - Experience in the FinTech Industry. - Worked with CRM systems such as Salesforce. - Experience with sales compensation management functions is considered helpful.
