Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Sales & Operations or Social Media and Marketing Handler. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, overseeing customer service interactions, developing and implementing social media and marketing strategies, and coordinating operational tasks. You will engage with clients, provide support, and drive brand visibility through effective communication and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and address inquiries.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets, strategize, and close deals.
• Experience in Team Training and mentoring to enhance team performance and skill development.
• Capability to develop marketing strategies and manage social media platforms effectively to drive visibility and engagement.
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
