Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base.

• Salary – 20k – 25k
