Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Nepal and Himalayan tour packages to clients (B2C and B2B)
• Handle inbound inquiries from walk-ins, emails, phone calls, and online platforms
• Develop and maintain a strong client database
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporates
• Prepare customized itineraries and pricing as per client requirements
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client experiences
• Attend travel expos, events, and roadshows when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in selling Nepal or Himalayan tour packages (Minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales conversion ability and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Familiarity with popular Nepal travel destinations (Kathmandu, Pokhara, Muktinath, ABC, EBC, Chitwan, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• No specific formal education required —
