We partner with manufacturers to enhance productivity and process efficiency. Your Role We’re looking for a motivated Sales Officer with a background in technical sales. In this field-oriented role, you’ll travel regularly to engage directly with customers—both prospective and existing—understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You’ll serve as the face of our company in the field, actively managing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and working alongside our inside sales team to ensure a seamless sales cycle. Key responsibilities include business development, technical product presentations, account management, and post-sales support. Role Description Responsible for generating sales of release agents, mold coatings, and processing aids to the rubber and plastics molding industry (automotive rubber, seals & gaskets, industrial rubber, tanks, footwear, etc.). The role demands strong technical capability and plant-level presence. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage rubber molding customers. Conduct on-site trials (compression/injection/transfer molding). Demonstrate improvements in: Cycle time, Release ease, Mold fouling reduction & Scrap reduction Provide technical service, troubleshooting & after-sales support. Maintain relationships with production heads, QA, and purchase teams. Submit daily, weekly visit reports, trial reports, and monthly forecasts. Achieve sales targets Grow key accounts and add new customers each quarter. Qualifications 3–8 years experience in rubber chemicals or catering to the rubber products manufacturing industry. Engineering, Science, or Chemistry background preferred. Must be able to travel extensively
