Sales Officer Mass

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of ISRs, ensuring they meet daily and monthly sales targets through proper planning and market execution.
  • Actively work on the field as an Individual Contributor to drive product visibility, availability, and sales conversion at the store level.
  • Plan daily market beats for self and team, ensuring effective coverage of assigned territories.
  • Monitor ISR performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and drive productivity through motivation and regular feedback.
  • Ensure proper placement of Point of Sale Materials, planogram adherence, and product hygiene at store level.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and store staff to improve product positioning and drive repeat sales.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback with relevant internal teams.
  • Track daily sales, stock movement, and billing trends to identify areas of improvement or intervention.
  • Conduct regular joint working with ISRs to assess performance, address gaps, and ensure market discipline.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market updates, and team performance to Area Sales Manager or Regional Head.
