Sales Officer (Loan)

As a Loan Sales Officer at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling various loan products, including Agri-based Loans, Housing Loans, SME Loans, and other financial products. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, onboarding Business Dealers, conducting client meetings and presentations, assisting with loan applications, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers for various loan products such as Agriculture, Housing, SME, etc. - Onboard Business Dealers to help generate leads. - Conduct field visits, client meetings, and loan presentations. - Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. - Assist clients with loan applications and documentation. - Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing. - Achieve assigned sales targets. - Maintain and update customer databases. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in loan sales, preferably Agri-based Loans, Housing Loans, SME Loans. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. Preferred: - Experience with NBFCs, banks, or microfinance institutions. - Knowledge of local markets and customer base.
