Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting a suitable Toyota vehicle based on their needs and budget. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives. Present financing options, trade-in values, and Toyota promotions clearly to customers. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toyota models, features, warranties, and after-sales services. Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to build long-term relationships. Ensure accurate documentation for sales transactions and financing applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive or retail sales (Automobile Sales experience preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Knowledge of car financing, insurance, and trade-in processes. Professional appearance and conduct. Valid Car driving license Diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing is a plus. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
