About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Officer** with proven expertise in the **gems and jewellery industry** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international markets, excellent client relationship management skills, and a passion for luxury products. This role involves **international business development, client servicing, and sales growth** through overseas travel and networking.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and retailers.* Identify and explore new business opportunities across global territories.* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.* Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.* Stay updated with international jewellery trends, competitor activities, and market insights.* Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.* Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.
* **Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales within the gems & jewellery industry.*** Strong knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, and jewellery products.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Willingness and ability to travel extensively abroad.* Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
