Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Development & Management:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to expand the brand's reach.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent sales growth.
    • Monitor distributor performance, provide support, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets set for the region.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Market Expansion:

    • Identify and develop new sales channels, including retail outlets, beauty salons, and online platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities that drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge & Training:

    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
    • Conduct training sessions for distributors and retail partners to enhance product understanding and sales techniques.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, distributor interactions, and market feedback.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of

    2 years of experience

    in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in distributor management and sales growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant experience and a strong sales background will also be considered.
